Our Team

  • I began the physical practice of yoga as a distraction from the competitive dance world. A distraction leading to an appreciation of life and the power each individual holds over their beautiful journey. After my first 200-Hour Vinyasa Training, I left with more questions. Being so intrigued and impacted by a glimpse of connect with myself, I saw that yoga is much more than beautiful shapes we can make with our bodies. 

    I have studied the Hot-26 Series, along with Vinyasa, Yin, and Ishta Yoga. Teaching Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Pranayama classes.  

    My most recent endeavors have been through The Art of Living Foundation in Los Angeles, where I had the gift of diving in deeper to Kriya Yoga and meditation practices.

    Working as a postural therapist, seeing clients one-on-one, I had the privilege of studying and practicing Egoscue Postural Therapy. Through this unique method, I work to assess clients on their anatomical structure in relation to pain. By restoring the bodies natural alignment, through muscular work, pain can be reduced.

    I do what I do, because love. By planting kindness and producing seeds of wellness in your service to
self through yoga, you are guided to pause in the beauty of your truth. Everyone deserves peace and may we all restore an appreciation for all things.

    As well as sharing the teachings of Yoga, I adore the ocean, all things nature, travel, and sharing tea with dear ones.

He is the founder of Chess Club plus a bunch of other businesses, a crypto whizz kid and responsible for being the first person to being Rope Flow to the Sunshine Coast. 🪢🪢🪢 You will see him around the club swinging maces, doing cool tricks with the weighted ropes & being an all round legend. 😎
