Sun Flow Family Yoga - This class is designed for parents to be able to enjoy with their kids. Kids are welcome for FREE, to sit in the room or better still- do the class with you!

Locomotion is an innovative fitness activity inspired by natural human movements and draws from multiple movement disciplines (e.g. martial arts, dance, gymnastics) to create a truly unique training style.
Locomotion exercises challenge your coordination and stability while enhancing overall fitness by engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, promoting functional strength, flexibility and also encourages mental focus and spatial awareness.
Students can expect fun dance-like movement patterns, handstand training and to have alot of fun!
